Katja Hoogeboom is working in a studio at the countryside in famous artistic town of Bergen in the Netherlands.
During her profession as an fashion designer she traveled all over the world for inspiration.
Around ten years ago she emerged as an artist. Katja makes large portraits of women with oil paint,
thick layered, pasty with palette knife. Sometimes shocking colorful and sometimes toned down.
It’s all about emotions.
Now and than she is taking a side step with different techniques and styles such as popular project called
