I’ve been mainly working with epoxy for the past 12 years. I developed my own casting techniques and from there my style which I call the Floatism. I noticed that I’m slowly returning to paint. Still by casting but more frequently with the use of the brush or my hands at the finishing touch. I keep on creating layers, at first they gave me the opportunity to make mistakes, now I know that they add tremendous power to the artwork.
My freedom to do what I like to do is more
important to me than anything else.
Making layers means the use of huge quantities of paint or epoxy. Every layer is an individual piece of art. Pictures of lost layers makes me sometimes doubt about my decision not to stop the process of creation
at that moment.
